Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of econo.fit (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Econo. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

Econo operates in compliance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126), the Consumer Protection Law, and applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are ordering on behalf of another person, you take responsibility for ensuring their eligibility and consent.

3. Products

We sell body-shaping apparel and related products. Product images are for illustration; slight color variation may occur due to screen settings. Size guides are provided on each product page. Review them before ordering, as sizing varies by style.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to verify payment.

Once confirmed, orders enter processing quickly. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placement by contacting econohq@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT (15%) where applicable. VAT invoices are issued per ZATCA requirements.

We accept: Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.

Buy-now-pay-later options (Tabby, Tamara) are subject to their own terms and credit assessments. Econo is not responsible for their decisions.

COD orders require payment in full to the courier at delivery. Refusal to pay on delivery may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel an order that is already dispatched.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately at econohq@gmail.com with photos.

Failed delivery attempts: if you are unreachable or refuse delivery without a valid reason, return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

7. VAT & Invoicing

Econo is a VAT-registered entity. A VAT-compliant invoice is available in your account after each order. For business purchases requiring a specific invoice format, contact econohq@gmail.com before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and layout, belongs to Econo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without our written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:
- Place fraudulent or speculative orders.
- Scrape, copy, or replicate product data or images.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Interfere with the Site's security or functionality.
- Violate any applicable Saudi law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Saudi law, Econo's total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us may be referred to the competent Saudi courts or, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on the Site with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
